My Mission

I am passionate about showing others how they can transform their lifestyle by starting an online business and learning high-income skills.

I am convinced that individuals who have a strong desire to accomplish a goal can make a huge transformation and succeed in a short period of time so they don't have to stay in their regular jobs anymore.

A few years ago...

Having spent over a decade in the public education sector working as a Professor of German and English Language has made me realize that I got stuck in a career I once loved.

I absolutely love teaching and coaching others, don't get me wrong, but I wanted to create content that really helped people become more successful in life. You know, teaching those young adults all the effective soft skills and precious communication techniques that would make it easier for them to get the job they desired, to communicate better not only in their native language but also in a foreign language, and so on...

However, working in "the system" wasn't the optimal environment for spreading my expertise.

I felt extremely disappointed that I couldn't help them. Leaving my cushy job wasn’t easy, but my desire to help others in even more effective ways was simply too strong to stay put.

My wish to start my own business where I could make an impact on others became even bigger.

The Decision

Back then, I had invested so much extra time, energy and money to gain all these extra skills and techniques (psychology, human behaviour, sales techniques and NLP, were always of great interest to me)...

...but, unfortunately, I wasn't able to help others take advantage of it.

At least not in that environment.

The urge for freedom and the ability to create my own programs grew stronger, and I soon realized that the only way to help others was to quit my regular job and to turn my side hustle into a full-time business.
And so I did.

I was sure that possessing all that knowledge and expertise (and some former contacts while working as a lecturer for business German and as an expert for sales techniques) was enough.

But then...

Suddenly, I realized a few things were missing. I encountered certain obstacles that began to slow me down. For more than 16 years, I have been used to working offline, lecturing and teaching in person. How can I transfer that to the online world? I asked myself.

Every day brought new questions and new skills and tools that I had to acquire. It was really frustrating and I knew I had to change my approach.

The best solution was to invest in a coach and to get myself a mentor who could support me. And so I did.

That was a really great stretch for me, if you know what I mean.
I could have bought a brand new car for that money! I said to myself!

But I knew that having someone who had overcome the same obstacles could open up new perspectives and spare me all those future headaches (and tears)...and, let me tell you: It was absolutely worth it!

Investing in additional business building programs and learning high-income skills, made me realize how much I loved teaching others how to build their own online businesses.

This has changed my life completely!

I love learning things that interest me and that support my mission, so I’m constantly attending new masterminds.

You can only grow in an area if you learn from someone who knows more than you do. Right?

Today...

Today – after having successfully overcome these challenges – I know that the biggest problem for new online entrepreneurs is not knowing how to start an online business, which business tools and strategies to include, and where to get them. And once you get them, new questions appear, like How should I implement all that?

Just thinking of all those moments that have cost me so much time, energy and money that I could have earned by helping others thrive still gives me headaches.

But this came as a lesson for me and it made me even stronger and better at what I do today.

And let's not mention all the mindset strategies you need to stay committed and to follow through...

Having the right mindset is essential for an entrepreneur.

Today I know that I had to go first so I could help others cut this amount of time and prevent them from losing money and time.

I’m so grateful to have had the amazing support from my husband and my two little kids. Spending all that time building my business instead of spending quality time with them wasn’t a pleasant feeling. But it was so worth it!

The Why...

I knew why I was doing it.

I wanted to help others become successful so I turned all this fear into excitement. I had a vision and I wanted to make it real.

Talking about this today, gives me goosebumps.

Starting my coaching business just before the outbreak of the pandemic seems like some kind of sign now. Today, all I need to help others and to make an impact are my laptop and an internet connection. Who would have thought! :)

I met so many new people, entrepreneurs and influential people and made some amazing decisions for my future. I even wrote a book and co-authored two best-seller books. How amazing is that!

Had I not gone through all that hardship, I wouldn’t have seen what I can do for others who are just starting (or rejuvenating) their online business.

During all that chaos caused by the pandemic, I realized that having the knowledge and expertise to help others and being able to sell it online was a blessing.

Today I know many different strategies how ordinary people can make money online - even if they have no experience at all!

And I also teach small business owners how they can increase sales and turn leads into customers. That's just awesome!

Starting my own business was the best decision I have ever made. And the time freedom I gained with that can't be taken away anymore.
