Improve these 2 important things to increase your conversion rate and sell more!
If you want to boost your numbers this month, then there are 2 important things that you can improve to increase your conversion rate and sell more!
Are you ready?
Let’s go…
#1 Improve your Sales Copy
Maybe you’re thinking But I’m not a copywriter, so how can I write a good sales copy?
I totally understand your concern. You don’t have to be a copywriter if you want to write your own sales letter for a book you’ve published or a coaching program you’re offering etc. There are certain strategies that you can implement to make your sales copy more attention-grabbing. That’s why I wanted to point out two essential characteristics of your copy which will definitely improve your sales letter and make your readers more interested in your products and services.
Ready?
First of all, you need to make sure that your sales copy is gripping and that it’s holding the attention of your website visitors.
Due to the very short attention spans that people have and if they have to wait more than a minute to find out what your site or offer is about, then they’ll often just leave without waiting.
Ask yourself: Have YOU ever acted like this?
Yes, that’s what I’m talking about!
We all do that. So keep that in mind.
To grab readers right away, you should use a narrative structure. Try to tell a story that will emphasize the benefits of your offer! Adults love stories and if you use the right language that enables the reader to identify with that story then it’s a win for both of you. You know that a good story will make it hard for people to turn away.
And don’t forget to build trust through that story!
Wait, there’s another thing you can do to improve your sales copy and increase your sales…
#2 Have a ‘Value Proposition’
What’s that, you ask?
It’s the promise you make with your offer and the ability of your story to put the reader into a certain emotional state so they are able to already ‘feel’ the benefits that they will get with your product or service.
This basically means that your story should show them how they can benefit from your offer and how they will feel once they start using it and seeing the first results.

So, ask yourself when writing your sales copy:
a) How does your offer improve your customer’s life?
b) What do they gain with your offer?
c) What emotions come up?
Does your offer make them healthier, wealthier, more visible, fitter, smarter…?
Make sure your readers can feel the emotion of it.
Remember, you can have the best offer and deliver amazing results, but if your story (aka Sales copy or Sales Letter) doesn’t sell the emotion or lifestyle gained through that product, people, unfortunately, won’t buy it.
To your success,
Natascha
