5 Essential Ingredients That Will Help You Launch A Successful Online Business

People often ask me how I started my online business and how I managed to ditch my 9–5 job. So, here is my story for those of you who are thinking about starting their own online business and want to get precious advice.

I started my ONLINE business in January 2020 (before that, all my coaching programs took place offline and I didn’t have a clue how the digital market was functioning). ⁣

Since January 2020 I managed to: ⁣⁣

• ditch my regular job⁣
• build a solid online business infrastructure⁣
• easily sell 4k+ high-ticket programs⁣
• become a bestseller author (twice!)
• constantly get invitations to participate in different projects
• choose only clients that I love working with⁣
• create content that I’m really passionate about
• help people become more successful in their businesses⁣
• help people transform their lives ⁣
• build amazing professional relationships ⁣
• acquire new (and incredible!) business skills
• have time to read books daily (yes, I love reading!) ⁣
• write another book that’s going to be published soon
• create my own working schedule ⁣
• create amazing passive income I haven’t thought was possible⁣
• turn my Passion into profits ⁣
• take days off when needed ⁣(or when I want to, to be with my husband and my two little kids who mean the world to me)

Yes, it’s amazing to see what I’ve managed to accomplish in this time and how I’ve grown, not only professionally, but also personally. But I couldn’t have accomplished all of this if there hadn’t been certain situations that made me realize what I really wanted to do in my life…

Now, let me show you where I was 2 years ago: ⁣

• Earning only around 1200€/month as a secondary school teacher with a Master’s degree and over 10 years of experience and many additional skills⁣
• Regularly taking home 4-page school assignments for 10 classes of about 30 students and working late nights⁣
• Planning school lessons during the weekend instead of spending time with my family⁣
• Dealing with school bureaucracy non-sense that wasn’t doing anything good for the skills and knowledge of my students⁣
• Coming home (mentally) exhausted ⁣
• Feeling unappreciated at work ⁣
• Losing the spark for a career I once loved
• Suffering from frequent headaches and bad mood ⁣
• Feeling unfulfilled at work and starting to hate my job

I was unhappy, and I often had tears in my eyes (as I have now by just thinking of this). ⁣

The wake-up call

An argument at work made me realize that I wanted more in life⁣. That I deserved more⁣. I knew that it was in my hands to change the current situation and not wait for miracles to change it for me… I knew I had to take action.

So⁣ this is what I did:

• I decided to quit my job⁣.
• I left my comfort zone⁣.
• I decided to live on my own terms⁣.
• I decided to follow my passion!

My why? ⁣

I wanted to make an impact and help people with my biggest passion — effective communication skills and sales techniques that I have gained by working as a sales coach (since 2010).

Unfortunately, the rigid “system” didn’t appreciate these skills.⁣ At school I wasn’t able to teach those young adults the extra skills that they really needed in life⁣.

I couldn’t deny the urge to help people become more successful because I knew how effective these special communication skills were and how they were able to improve someone’s life.

And that’s why I decided to change my career and start over.

Was I afraid?

Hell, yes! :)⁣

But I totally believed in myself and my skills.

I was on a mission to help others.

So I turned that fear into excitement.

My WHY has been motivating me since then (and of course my family and my 2 little kids — to have more time for them).

My message with this story is:

If you are not satisfied with your current situation and you feel like there’s something missing and you know that you deserve more… ⁣

Then it’s your responsibility to take action and follow your dreams.

Don’t play the victim.

Don’t blame others for your situation — you ALWAYS have a CHOICE!

Don’t live someone else’s life!

Do what makes YOU happy.

⁣

Your skills and passion can help so many people transform their lives. And that’s such an amazing feeling!⁣

And do you know what else will happen?’ ⁣

It will for sure transform your life too. ⁣

Life is too short to live in regrets and to follow other people’s dreams. ⁣

This is the reason I started my new career.⁣

Because the biggest mistake is not taking action at all for a better life. ⁣

The decision is always yours!

Remember this: If I can do it, you can too.⁣

How? ⁣

 1. Find your why

What is it that you are absolutely passionate about? What makes you feel fulfilled? How can this passion combined with your skills help others improve their lives?
Try to actually feel this moment and visualize what it will look like when you’ve achieved your goals. Let this be your constant motivation, your force, your fire.

 2. Start (no excuses!)

If you’re waiting to launch something when it’s perfect, then you have already wasted a lot of time (ask me, I know how much time and money my perfectionism has cost me, until I finally decided to get into action! Don’t make the same mistake.)

 3. Surround yourself with successful people who already have what you want to have and where you want to be

Those with a growth mindset who already are successful will definitely support you and they will never criticize your plans but always support you with effective ideas so you can get to the next step. Find those people! This has helped me a lot!

You can also complete different online courses and learn from such people.

 4. Invest in yourself and your idea

It takes special skills and professional support to achieve certain goals, so don’t think you can handle it all on your own. Time is so precious and you will never be able to get it back. So, invest in what you need to make your idea thrive as soon as possible. People need you now.

 5. Stop listening to the inner voice that’s telling you that you can’t do it ⁣

Because you can!

Only your DECISION to start will bring closer all the amazing things that are waiting for you on the other side of fear.⁣
